A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in projects and portfolio management within the engineering and construction sectors in the UAE.
As the Founder and Director of PM Secure Project Management L.L.C – S.P.C., he leads initiatives in project management consultancy, construction dispute resolution, and commercial arbitration.
As a Court-Registered Expert, he has provided Technical Engineering Expert Opinions in construction-related disputes before Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD). Also, he has assessed technical disputes and prepared Expert Consultancy Engineering Reports that have helped Client’s Legal Teams file court cases and claim disputed rights.

Ahmed is a Certified Registered Expert Witness with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), meanwhile, he has a proven track record in managing high-profile arbitration cases and successful mediations. His expertise encompasses contract management, tendering, procurement, and structural engineering, underscoring his capability in navigating complex construction projects.

Ahmed holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Risk Professional (PMI-RMP), a Member in Chartered Institute of Arbitrator Licensed Civil engineer in Abu Dhabi Municipality, Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), also got an Arbitration Diploma from Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC). His strategic vision and leadership have consistently delivered impactful outcomes, establishing him as a trusted advisor and innovator in the field.
